Contribution / Sponsorship

The Dlugosch Companies supports our community by contributing where the need is critical and the effect is long term for our customers and employees.

Contribution / Sponsorship Rules:
To apply for a contribution or sponsorship, we prefer that the organization is a 501(c) (3) organization based in a community where one of the Dlugosch Companies operates.

Timing:
The Dlugosch Companies reviews Contributions / Sponsorship requests during the first week of each month. If your request is approved, you will be notified by telephone during the second week of the month. This is the only time that contributions / sponsorships are reviewed and approved.

Contribution / Sponsorship Procedure:
Fax or email a copy of your latest 501(c) (3) annual report and a copy of your form 990 to The Dlugosch Companies.
Fill out and submit the attached request form.
